Hello and welcome!
A little bit about me...
First and before anything else...I am the mother of two awesome teenage boys, one beautiful step-daughter and the wife to a wonderful man. I also have 2 dogs that I adore!
Photography has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I really started to see it as a career when my first child, Tristin was born. He is now almost 20 years old and, if you can only imagine, I have snapped 1000's of pictures of him, my other son, Noah, and Olivia, my step daughter, over the years.
Years ago, (over 19 years now!) I started out in my living room with a black sheet and natural light from a window. I also traveled the United States for several months when I was younger and always had my camera on hand, ready to find unique and interesting things to photograph. As much as I loved nature photography, I realized that photographing people and emotions was my calling. I love being different and creative, fun and a little wild with portraits and especially weddings. I look for laughs and smiles, love and beauty... Capturing real life moments is my goal. I do like beautifully posed images, as well. I just like it all!
Needless to say, I love my job! I feel like the luckiest person on the Earth. After all these years, I still get overly giddy when I get that perfect photograph. I suppose, for me, it will be a feeling that will never get old...and when you, my clients, love it just as much, well, icing on the cake....mmmmm, cake :).
